Referrals - Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce names and business are given in response to inquiries for goods and services. The Chamber is frequently asked about the credibility of businesses, so being a chamber member is a definite plus.
Ribbon Cuttings/Grand Openings/Ground Breakings - These services were designed to show the Chamber's support and bring attention to new businesses and new members. Your business/organization will also be featured in our local newspaper, The Andalusia Star-News.
Chamber Newsletter - Keep up with the latest chamber news and events in the Chamber Impact newsletter, a monthly publication. As a new chamber member your business/organization information will be featured in the current issue. In addition, the Chamber features 3 members at random each month in our Impact. The newsletter is mailed to all chamber members, state affiliates and agencies, and distributed with the Andalusia Star-News.
Annual Banquet - The Chamber hosts an annual membership meeting and banquet to highlight our actives for the year and award outstanding individuals for community involvement. It's our biggest event of the year!
Chamber Golf Tournament - The Chamber hosts an annual golf tournament, held in September at the Andalusia Country Club. The event begins with a luncheon, followed by 18 holes of golf, and concludes with a fellowship cookout. Our tournament will be open for chamber members only. It promises to be a lot of fun and will provide a great networking opportunity.
Media Discounts - Local radio and TV stations will discount their advertising packages for new members. 15% to 20%

Bulk Mail Stamp - Savings for you. If you are distributing a direct mailing of 200 pieces (the same size) or more, the Chamber will provide you with our bulk mail stamp. Call 222-2303 or email us for more information
Membership Plaque - Each new business member is presented a membership plaque to be displayed in their business.
Internet - All Chamber members are listed in the membership directory on the Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce website. New members will also be listed for at least one month on the Chamber's home page. In addition, if you have a website, a link to your website will be provided at no extra charge. We also feature our members' anniversaries (in increment of 5 years) on our homepage.
Membership Directory Listing - In addition to our website listing, you will be listed in our membership directory - a brochure that puts your business at the fingertips of local and out-of-town customers. It's a perfect way to spotlight your business.
Increase your exposure - List your business under multiple category listings for an additional fee of $25 per category. Your listings will be included on the website directory and the annual membership directory publication.
Direct Mail - The Chamber mails information to vacationers, retirees, newcomers, and business prospects on a daily basis to promote our City and our Chamber members.
Committee Involvement - The Chamber believes we can accomplish more collectively than individually. If you have a desire to get actively involved with the Chamber as well as be a vital part of improving our community, we welcome you to join any committee that you wish. Meeting Facilities - The Chamber has a multi-purpose room, complete with kitchen, and an adjoining banquet room available for chamber members only. For a small fee of $25, both rooms can be rented. Please call the Chamber at 222-2030 to reserve your date and time. Great for meetings, parties, birthdays, family reunions, etc.
Distribution Center - for your job listings, services, community events and fund raising. The Chamber wants to promote all facets of your business.
Other Benefits
- As a Chamber member, your businesses will be able to accept "Chamber Cash." Chamber Cash was designed as a way to keep dollars in our area. Tax dollars helps to improve our schools, our streets and infrastructure - our future. An individual presents your business with the certificate. You accept it as cash and redeem it at the Andalusia Area Chamber. Chamber Cash certificates are available for purchase at the Chamber. They make great gifts/incentives for your employees. - On the first Tuesday of each month, a representative from Troy University Small Business Development Office comes to the Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce to offer assistance and advice. Call the Chamber to schedule your appointment.
- The Chamber keeps local and out-of-town telephone directories, listings of civic clubs/organizations, churches, annual events, tourist information, and recreational opportunities in our office.
